Job Description

Trust Home Financial is seeking a Branch Manager for its Baltimore, Maryland office location. Candidates should be located in Maryland, be partnership-oriented and looking for new opportunity to take their business, relationships, and career to new heights.  Under the supervision of the Principal & Chief Executive Officer, the Branch Managers primary duty is to market and sell mortgage loans in their local & extended community and network; and recruit, hire, traing, manage, and mentor licensed loan originators. The Branch Manager will have complete autonomy to manager their branch utilizing their own skills, initiatives, and abilities while having complete corporate and operational support. Managers will be responsible for building their own team of loan oriignators, managing their budget, and determining yours and your branches schedule and working hours. You will generate new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, real estate agents, title and escrow officers, financial advisors, CPS, and other relevant professionals. Skills

-Ability to complete mortgage origination activities from marketing through funding efficiently

-Ability to recruit, train, and manage top talent professionals

-Ability to make sound judgements on the resolution of service, credit decision, funding, and post-close issues

-Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative

-Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

-Organization skills necessary to prioritize workload and delegate responsibly

-Ability to cultivate strong relationships

Experience

-2+ years of mortgage loan Origination Experience

-Active or Recently Active NMLS MD MLO License

-Additional state licensing is a plus

-Purchase, Refinance, & 2nd Mortgages

-Primary, 2nd home, & Investment Property Occupancies

-Agency & Non-qm

Responsibilities

-Partner with Company to build and grow its Baltimore, MD office

-Commitment to upholding the highest professional and ethical standards

-Adherence to all regulatory compliance requirements and guidelines

-Cultivate and maintain a personal network of customers and referral partners

-Accurately complete 1003 applications and gather necessary documentation from borrowers

-Assess clients needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable loan products

-Negotiate loan terms with clients, ensuring clarity and fairness

-Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved
