As a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, you will have the unique opportunity to leverage our robust brokerage platforms to develop your own business within the local market. You will be responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans, adhering to established policies and regulations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is focused on networking to build strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and clients to drive business growth.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of local real estate markets and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to network effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with loan origination software and good technology skills.

Experience

  • Must be a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the State of Florida.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing business and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Originate first home mortgages and refinance loans by engaging with consumers directly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local real estate agents, financial planners, and other referral partners to generate leads.
  • Analyze detailed financial and credit data, matching customer needs with an appropriate loan program and level of risk.
  • Manage communications and expectations with customers and stakeholders throughout the loan process.
  • Conduct borrower interviews to assess their eligibility and provide appropriate mortgage products.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Participate in community events and industry meetings to boost visibility and expand network.
  • Utilize all marketing, technology, and operational support provided by the brokerage to maximize business opportunities.
