Candidates should be located in Maryland, be partnership-oriented and looking for an opportunity to build a local Residential Real Estate Mortgage Lending business.  Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Jr Mortgage Loan Originators primary duty is to market and sell mortgage loans in their local & extended community and network. You will generate new business by building and maintaining relationships with realtors, real estate agents, title and escrow officers, financial advisors, CPS, and other relevant professionals. Experience

-Sales and/or Customer Service Experience Preferred

-Financial Services and/or Real Estate Experience Preferred

-Must be able to pass Background & Credit check requirements per state licensing guidelines

Responsibilities

-Manage loan applications from initiation to closing, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved
