We can't recommend Nick & Trust Home Financial enough!! Before meeting Nick, we had Pre-Approved with a very well known nationwide lender. So we were surprised to find out after our offer was accepted and under contract that there were delays with the loan and that we'd have to pay down our student loans in order to get the home.
